So I have this crappy digital camera that I got for free at a raffle. A Vivitar ViviCam 3350. And it can only take pictures when bright light is present. And by bright light I mean enough light to do eye surgery.
The pictures it does take in "dark" conditions look artsy enough. It's basically me trying to get a picture with some kind of bright lighting in the background.
